ADUs & Garage Conversions for Lynwood homes
Avalon was founded in 2023 as a remodeling-focused firm, and ADUs and garage conversions in Lynwood are part of that work. Lynwood is about 17.1 miles from Avalon Studio Design Build, and Paramount, South Gate and Bell Gardens are in its service zone. The firm is based in Huntington Beach.
Reviews and the process behind them
Reviewers write about seeing the design first and about tidy job sites. A Lynwood ADU or garage conversion gets its permits through Avalon, with the inspections booked by the same team. The homeowner signs off on the layout, Eddie guiding the design, and then Avalon's crew builds. Daily communication is another thing reviewers point to. Avalon keeps its own crew on every build.

They took the time to listen to our ideas, answer all our questions, and guide us through every step of the remodeling process. They completely transformed our kitchen and bathroom and installed beautiful new flooring throughout the home. Their attention to detail, quality of workmanship, and dedication to making everything perfect truly exceeded our expectations. The work was completed beautifully, and the results are even better than we imagined. Jack L. · Jan 2026 View on GoogleWe recently had our front bathroom remodeled with Eddie & Morgan of Avalon Studio Design Build. Eddie was willing to work within our budget. Morgan helped us with design choices and kept the project on track. Together they are a great team. The finished product is beautiful and we are extremely satisfied! They definitely have our future business.
Diane K. View on YelpEddie did a great job in estimating, feasibility study of yard project. He was more interested in helping than trying to "hook up" a job to make quick bucks. I also checked with the engineer, and he told me 3 other "estimators" did not consider important details, but Avalon Studio Design Build did everything correct. Definitely recommend!
