Bathroom Remodeling in Irvine
Bathroom remodels from tear-out to tile: walk-in showers, tubs, vanities and the plumbing behind them.
Bathroom Remodeling for Irvine homes
A bathroom shared between two bedrooms works only when each person has some privacy. If yours has a single sink, a toilet in plain view of both doors and locks that never quite work, Avalon Studio Design Build can redesign it. Irvine is about 12.9 miles from Avalon Studio Design Build.
Splitting the shared bath into zones
A shared bath can be laid out in zones: a sink area for each side, a private toilet and a separate shower space. You see the door and fixture positions in a layout you agree on, and the construction is Avalon's own. Avalon Studio Design Build Corp holds CSLB license 1101572, class B General Building, and is bonded. The company was founded in 2023.

What homeowners say
We recently had our front bathroom remodeled with Eddie & Morgan of Avalon Studio Design Build. Eddie was willing to work within our budget. Morgan helped us with design choices and kept the project on track. Together they are a great team. The finished product is beautiful and we are extremely satisfied! They definitely have our future business.
Diane K. View on YelpI had the pleasure of working with Avalon Studio Design Build Corp on a few home projects recently and I am really pleased with the experience and the results. From the outset, they were incredibly easy to work with, displaying a level of professionalism that is often hard to find. The team communicated effectively and kept me informed throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was their commitment to getting us back home quickly to avoid extra expenses, especially since we needed our bathroom done and only had one. They made it a priority to complete the project in a short time while still maintaining high-quality workmanship. They met all deadlines without any delays, which truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Avalon Construction Company to anyone in need of reliable and efficient construction services. They not only deliver on their promises but also create a smooth and enjoyable experience for their clients with their personable approach.

Call (714) 642-2000 and ask for a free in-home design consultation. Avalon sees how both bedrooms reach the bathroom today and what each person needs, and you approve the redesign before the crew begins.
Avalon draws up the plans and takes out the permits. Scheduling, engineering coordination and inspections stay with that team, so a shared bathroom is redesigned by one firm.
