Commercial Tenant Improvements in Lynwood
Tenant improvements for offices and shops: new layouts, finishes and systems to suit the lease.
Commercial Tenant Improvements for Lynwood homes
Sagging tiles, a grid bent out of square and light fixtures with mismatched tubes can make an office feel neglected no matter how hard the team works. Avalon Studio Design Build replaces ceilings and lighting in leased offices in Lynwood, and plans the walls and finishes beneath them. Lynwood is about 17.1 miles from Avalon Studio Design Build.
A new ceiling planned with the lighting
Avalon plans the new ceiling grid and the lighting layout together. Fixtures can be placed over desks and meeting tables, with switching by room or zone, and ceiling tile choices change how the room looks and feels. Fixtures over the reception counter and the break room belong to the plan too. Fresh paint or flooring below can be part of the same project. One team handles the design, the plans, the permits and the build. Eddie helps you weigh the tile and paint choices.

Diane K. View on YelpEddie did a great job in estimating, feasibility study of yard project. He was more interested in helping than trying to "hook up" a job to make quick bucks. I also checked with the engineer, and he told me 3 other "estimators" did not consider important details, but Avalon Studio Design Build did everything correct. Definitely recommend!
