Lomita Exterior Remodeling for a Back Door That Needs Replacing
Exterior work that renews a house: siding, stucco, windows, doors and paint.
Exterior Remodeling for Lomita homes
A back door that has seen better days makes the rear of a house feel unfinished. A new door with a matching wall and trim is one way to finish it. Avalon Studio Design Build plans back doors in Lomita as one exterior remodel, so the door, the wall and the paint go together. Lomita is about 16.8 miles from Avalon Studio Design Build.
A back entry with more presence
The design starts with how you use the back door: who comes in, what you carry through it, how it relates to the yard. From there it shows a new door in the style you choose, with the wall around it renewed and the paint chosen. If the door has a window beside it, that joins the plan. If the back door is staying and you want a new color, the plan shows that choice. Eddie helps you choose color.

Diane K. View on YelpEddie did a great job in estimating, feasibility study of yard project. He was more interested in helping than trying to "hook up" a job to make quick bucks. I also checked with the engineer, and he told me 3 other "estimators" did not consider important details, but Avalon Studio Design Build did everything correct. Definitely recommend!
