Room Additions in Newport Beach
Room and second-story additions, designed to match the house and built from foundation to roof.
Room Additions for Newport Beach homes
Welcoming guests is easier when they have a room of their own. In Newport Beach, Avalon Studio Design Build designs guest suites, extra bedrooms and second-story additions, and its own crew does the building. Newport Beach is about 9.6 miles from Avalon Studio Design Build, and the first step is a free in-home design consultation.
A guest suite of its own
A guest suite above the garage and a room off the back of the house are two shapes an addition can take, and either one is designed to match the house. Avalon's own people build it from foundation to roof. Permits, scheduling and inspection coordination come from the same firm that does the building, so the guest suite stays with a single company.

Jack L. · Jan 2026 View on GoogleWe recently had our front bathroom remodeled with Eddie & Morgan of Avalon Studio Design Build. Eddie was willing to work within our budget. Morgan helped us with design choices and kept the project on track. Together they are a great team. The finished product is beautiful and we are extremely satisfied! They definitely have our future business.
Diane K. View on YelpEddie did a great job in estimating, feasibility study of yard project. He was more interested in helping than trying to "hook up" a job to make quick bucks. I also checked with the engineer, and he told me 3 other "estimators" did not consider important details, but Avalon Studio Design Build did everything correct. Definitely recommend!
