Remodeling and ADUs in Surfside

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Avalon Studio! From the beginning of the project to the final completion, Morgan and Eddie were professional, honest, attentive, and very easy to work with. They took the time to listen to our ideas, answer all our questions, and guide us through every step of the remodeling process. They completely transformed our kitchen and bathroom and installed beautiful new flooring throughout the home. Their attention to detail, quality of workmanship, and dedication to making everything perfect truly exceeded our expectations. The work was completed beautifully, and the results are even better than we imagined. Morgan and Eddie treated our home with care, communicated with us throughout the project, and made the entire renovation experience smooth and stress-free. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen, bathroom, and flooring. We highly recommend Avalon Studio to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and talented remodeling experts. Thank you, Morgan and Eddie, for giving us such a great experience and creating a home we truly love!

Our family had such a great experience working with Morgan and Eddie from Avalon Studio Design Build on our kitchen remodel. From the very beginning, they were patient, professional, and really took the time to understand what we wanted. They helped guide us through decisions without ever making us feel overwhelmed or pressured, which we really appreciated. Morgan has such a great eye for design and helped pull everything together in a way that feels both beautiful and functional. Eddie made sure the work was done right and kept everything moving smoothly.

I hired Avalon Studio to renovate my entire kitchen, and I'm very happy with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and easy to work with. The quality of the work is excellent. Everything was done with attention to detail, and the final result looks beautiful and functional. They kept the place clean, respected the timeline, and addressed any questions or small changes along the way without an issue. Moran and Eddie are great!

We recently had our front bathroom remodeled with Eddie & Morgan of Avalon Studio Design Build. Eddie was willing to work within our budget. Morgan helped us with design choices and kept the project on track. Together they are a great team. The finished product is beautiful and we are extremely satisfied! They definitely have our future business.

Eddie did a great job in estimating, feasibility study of yard project. He was more interested in helping than trying to "hook up" a job to make quick bucks. I also checked with the engineer, and he told me 3 other "estimators" did not consider important details, but Avalon Studio Design Build did everything correct. Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Avalon Studio. From the first conversation, I felt comfortable and confident in their professionalism. Eddie and Morgan were easy to communicate with, attentive to details, and genuinely cared about the project. Working with them felt smooth and reassuring from start to finish.
