General & Whole-Home Remodeling in Surfside
Whole-home remodels that change how a house works: walls moved, rooms reworked, finishes chosen once.
General & Whole-Home Remodeling for Surfside homes
Whoever is cooking in a walled-off kitchen spends the evening facing cabinets while the conversation happens in the next room. Taking that wall out affects more than one room, because the floors, the lighting and the living space on the other side all change. Avalon Studio Design Build handles it in Surfside as a single whole-home remodel, planning every affected room together.
When one wall changes the whole house
Opening the wall between the kitchen and living room touches more than the wall itself. Flooring that stopped at the doorway now continues, and outlets and switches from that wall need a new home. Avalon plans all of it at once and settles the finishes with you. Surfside is about 2.2 miles from Avalon Studio Design Build. Reviewers mention a clean site and daily communication. Avalon's own crew builds what you approved.
