General & Whole-Home Remodeling for Huntington Beach Homes
Whole-home remodels that change how a house works: walls moved, rooms reworked, finishes chosen once.
General & Whole-Home Remodeling for Huntington Beach homes
A house carved into small rooms can feel cramped even when the square footage is generous. Hallways can stay dim at noon, and the kitchen can hide behind a wall. Avalon Studio Design Build works from its office on Sims Lane in Huntington Beach and treats that kind of house as a single project, with the layout and the finishes planned together.
Opening up a chopped floor plan
A wall can separate the cook from everyone else, and a hallway can eat space that could belong to a bedroom. A whole-home remodel looks at all of it at once. Eddie guides the design with you, including where walls could come out and how the rooms should connect afterward, and you approve the design before any work is scheduled. One team handles the design, the plans, the permits and the build. Founded in 2023, Avalon is a design-build firm focused on remodeling.
