Our process
How a project runs
Free in-home consultation
We come to the house, walk the rooms with you and listen to what you want to change. For an ADU we also assess the property to see whether it qualifies.
Design and layout
You see the new layout and agree on it before any wall comes down. Your input shapes the design, and we help you picture the finished rooms before work starts.
Plans, engineering and permits
We coordinate the plans and engineering, then take the permit through the city. We handle code compliance with it, so the project meets city and state rules.
The build
Our crew and trades build it. We keep the site clean and send you updates as the work moves. The work runs from the structural changes through to the interior finishes.
Final walkthrough
We walk the finished rooms with you and close out the inspections. We check the result against the design you agreed, so there are no surprises at the end.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Avalon Studio! From the beginning of the project to the final completion, Morgan and Eddie were professional, honest, attentive, and very easy to work with. They took the time to listen to our ideas, answer all our questions, and guide us through every step of the remodeling process. They completely transformed our kitchen and bathroom and installed beautiful new flooring throughout the home. Their attention to detail, quality of workmanship, and dedication to making everything perfect truly exceeded our expectations. The work was completed beautifully, and the results are even better than we imagined. Morgan and Eddie treated our home with care, communicated with us throughout the project, and made the entire renovation experience smooth and stress-free. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen, bathroom, and flooring. We highly recommend Avalon Studio to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and talented remodeling experts. Thank you, Morgan and Eddie, for giving us such a great experience and creating a home we truly love!

Jack L. · Jan 2026 View on GoogleWe recently had our front bathroom remodeled with Eddie & Morgan of Avalon Studio Design Build. Eddie was willing to work within our budget. Morgan helped us with design choices and kept the project on track. Together they are a great team. The finished product is beautiful and we are extremely satisfied! They definitely have our future business.
Diane K. View on YelpEddie did a great job in estimating, feasibility study of yard project. He was more interested in helping than trying to "hook up" a job to make quick bucks. I also checked with the engineer, and he told me 3 other "estimators" did not consider important details, but Avalon Studio Design Build did everything correct. Definitely recommend!
Ike V. View on YelpI highly recommend Avalon Studio. From the first conversation, I felt comfortable and confident in their professionalism.
