General & Whole-Home Remodeling for Corona del Mar homes
Coats on chairs, a pantry that is really a cabinet, and a garage holding what the closets cannot. If your house is short on storage, it can feel smaller than it is. Avalon Studio Design Build plans whole-house storage in Corona del Mar as part of a remodel, looking for space in walls, under stairs and in rooms that are not pulling their weight.
Finding storage in the floor plan
A wall between two bedrooms can hold back-to-back closets. Space under a staircase can hold a pantry or a coat closet. A wide hallway can take shallow built-in cabinets, and a corner of the garage can become a mudroom with hooks and a bench. Each option shows what it takes from the room beside it, so you can weigh them. The cabinetry and built-ins are built by Avalon's own crew, trim and paint included. Reviewers praise daily communication and clean sites.
